Returns


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, ROOME’s return policy allows you to return the product within 15 days counting from the date of receipt of shipment, and request a refund from ROOME for any reason.
Note: Order shipping cost is non-refundable. For the return request, ROOME is not responsible for lost packages due to the carrier, or products received that cannot be verified. Received products that have damage determined to have been caused by the end-user may be subject to denial of the return request.


Remedies


If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received by ROOME within the Warranty Period, ROOME will repair the product at no charge, use new or refurbished replacement parts or replace the product with a new or refurbished product. Any replacement hardware product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Warranty Conditions:


a. Defects in material or workmanship will be removed free of charge within the warranty period.
b. Repairs under warranty do not extend the warranty period either for the unit or for the replacement parts.
c. The following is excluded from the warranty:

(1) All damage which has arisen due to improper treatment, e.g. non-observance of the user instructions.
(2) All damage which is due to repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorized third parties.
(3) Damage which has arisen during transport from the manufacturer to the consumer or during transport to the service center.

d. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit are excluded even if the damage to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim
